I've rented here twice now. The units are clean, climate controlled and well kept. The staff has been helpful and I've never had an issue here. 100% recommend. The prices are reasonable and the rental process is super easy.
It's a little bit pricey, but the experience hasn't been bad from what i remember. I bought my own lock from the Lowe's next door and was able to get in and out fine. It's a bit creepy inside since it's kinda dark but I had no issue navigating, the facility was clean, the push carts worked. And it felt secure.
Facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I love the 24/7 access. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and well taken care of in the air controlled environment. Ownership has changed a few times since I have been with them but quality of service has always been great and consistent.
The guy who works the desk in Mebane on 119 is awesome. I don’t like how my fee changes though. I get the unit at one price then months later I’m paying more for the same unit.
Most of the time I can access the facility. Sometimes the front door doesn’t open. Sometimes the elevator is not working. I’d like to see the garbage disposal available. The bathroom is not always clean or stocked with essential items. You increased the cost. You added insurance even though I had provided you our company insurance policy.
