Chris and Liz helped me with an issue today and I couldn’t have asked for better service! They recently changed ownership to USA Storage Centers and have already brought in great updates like brand-new carts and a convenient app that makes it so easy to manage my account. Highly recommend!
It's a little bit pricey, but the experience hasn't been bad from what i remember. I bought my own lock from the Lowe's next door and was able to get in and out fine. It's a bit creepy inside since it's kinda dark but I had no issue navigating, the facility was clean, the push carts worked. And it felt secure.
Very easy to get a storage unit even on off hours. Very clean and convenient location. But some of their carts need some work or replaced. Overall a good experience
I've rented here twice now. The units are clean, climate controlled and well kept. The staff has been helpful and I've never had an issue here. 100% recommend. The prices are reasonable and the rental process is super easy.
