It's a little bit pricey, but the experience hasn't been bad from what i remember. I bought my own lock from the Lowe's next door and was able to get in and out fine. It's a bit creepy inside since it's kinda dark but I had no issue navigating, the facility was clean, the push carts worked. And it felt secure.
Facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I love the 24/7 access. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and well taken care of in the air controlled environment. Ownership has changed a few times since I have been with them but quality of service has always been great and consistent.
ModBox is a great facility, with many carts and a large facility. Our stuff was well kept. The only things that were frustrating were that the doors to gain entry to the facility often had issues and sometimes didn’t work at all. Also the stairwell doors are locked but there is no signage so if you go into the stairwell and let the door shuts behind you you will be stuck and forced to go out the emergency exit door on the first floor.
Perfect place for your storage items. Clean facility, climate controlled and professional staff at a great price. I highly recommend this place.
The guy who works the desk in Mebane on 119 is awesome. I don’t like how my fee changes though. I get the unit at one price then months later I’m paying more for the same unit.
