New and clean. Nice loading dock with carts to use. Big parking lot, easy maneuvering for large moving trucks.
I had a bit of a rough experience at first with this location. However the district manager reached out to me. He listened to my experience and what I had to say about a bad service I had received. He took every actionable step he could to smooth out the situation and make sure it wouldn’t happen again. I’m very happy they take the time to listen to their customers and make every experience that best they can.
Really great service! The lady that was there was extremely helpful and answered all of our storage related questions. Will definitely recommend to friends. Also they have very affordable long term storage options :)
Great storage unit. We love the arrowhead location because the unit has tall ceilings and lights in the unit. Staff is great and so friendly. Only thing that could improve would to have brooms and dustpans on each floor and trash cans on each floor. We made a small mess and had to go down to the 1st floor , go back up , sweep, bring back down to the first floor… but there is no trash can. The only trash can we found were in the bathrooms that state they are not to be used for anything other than bathroom trash. So what do th... read more
