New and clean. Nice loading dock with carts to use. Big parking lot, easy maneuvering for large moving trucks.
I had a bit of a rough experience at first with this location. However the district manager reached out to me. He listened to my experience and what I had to say about a bad service I had received. He took every actionable step he could to smooth out the situation and make sure it wouldn’t happen again. I’m very happy they take the time to listen to their customers and make every experience that best they can.
Laura is an amazing customer service representative for Mod Box in Mebane,NC. She keeps the place orderly, goes out of her way to problem solve when necessary She is thorough when reviewing the particulars of rental agreements and the specifics of using the facility and the storage unit. The location is convenient, there’s lots of parking and equipment to help make your storage process easy.
Really great service! The lady that was there was extremely helpful and answered all of our storage related questions. Will definitely recommend to friends. Also they have very affordable long term storage options :)
I used ModBox this year from June-November while I was building my new house and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The facility was always clean and tidy.
