We have two units here and since Public Storage took over we have been locked entirely out of the property, locked out of our units, our auto pay was discontinued without notice, we were promised a credit to compensate for all of the errors during the transition and when we asked about it, we were told that what we were promised was incorrect so we are now only getting a fraction of what was promised. Good facility to rent storage space. Suzy and Jojo were great to work with and made the rental experience painless. Storage units are easy to access, and the facility was very clean.
This facility has recently changed hands. It is now a Public Storage. You know the Orange/White people…. Anyway The customer service for the new company has been spot on; Patty, helped me over the phone, and was even nicer, in person! The gate access hours have changed, they close an hour earlier. But, so far, so good.
The Brighton location has been an excellent place to work with , always coming up with an idea of something I might need or understanding Issues that May have come up In the past. It is decent enough but hotter than hell inside the unit. A fan would be nice!
