I like how it's easy to set up a rental unit online. We signed up the night before and it was ready to go the next morning. The units are clean and it feels like a safe location. The grounds of this facility are also very nicely cared for.

this facility recently changed ownership. prior to USA Storage Centers, it was well run. Since taking over, they are insisting that I sign a new lease although I cannot access the lease to sign it. The links they provide are voided. They send text messages insisting that a lease be signed without clear directions on how to access it. The office is physically closed on mondays with no phone # to sort this out. I no longer recommend this facility.

Erika was was prompt and helpful and delighting and pleasant when I arrived she helped and even showed me were my unit was and I had trouble with my code to get in she was right on she deserves more then 5 stars

New and clean. Nice loading dock with carts to use. Big parking lot, easy maneuvering for large moving trucks.

I had a bit of a rough experience at first with this location. However the district manager reached out to me. He listened to my experience and what I had to say about a bad service I had received. He took every actionable step he could to smooth out the situation and make sure it wouldn’t happen again. I’m very happy they take the time to listen to their customers and make every experience that best they can.
