She took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect unit at a great price. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism, it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Thank you again Erica!!

I like how it's easy to set up a rental unit online. We signed up the night before and it was ready to go the next morning. The units are clean and it feels like a safe location. The grounds of this facility are also very nicely cared for.

Erica provided excellent customer service. She was professional and knowledgeable. She ensured we would have adequate storage when we relocated from Virginia. I appreciated her pleasant and friendly demeanor.

Ericka was first person I met when USA Storage open. Her kindness and customer service skills were impeccable. Everytime I open the door to speak to her, there was a huge smile. “I love it”. Her demeanor is between excellent and outstanding! Keep up the great work. I appreciate her! Thank you

this facility recently changed ownership. prior to USA Storage Centers, it was well run. Since taking over, they are insisting that I sign a new lease although I cannot access the lease to sign it. The links they provide are voided. They send text messages insisting that a lease be signed without clear directions on how to access it. The office is physically closed on mondays with no phone # to sort this out. I no longer recommend this facility.
