Erika is amazing! She was super helpful with helping me to determine which size unit we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information. She emailed me prior to move I. With all of my documents, including a map of the facility so I could easily locate my unit. The best part was walking in and her welcoming me by name. This will be my go to spot for storage. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect unit at a great price. Website was very easy to navigate! Once I booked my storage unit online ; I arrived at the arrowhead location, Erika was very accommodating & went above & beyond with explaining everything I needed to get situated!!

I like how it's easy to set up a rental unit online. We signed up the night before and it was ready to go the next morning. The units are clean and it feels like a safe location. The grounds of this facility are also very nicely cared for.
