They were able to fit me in for an "emergency" root canal the same morning I called. Staff was very friendly and calming, especially during my "mini-panic attack". My only disappointment was that Dr Uttech did not have time to finish the procedure and I had to make another appointment to return, 2 weeks later to complete it. If I'd known that when making the appointment, I would have chosen another time to make sure the procedure could be completed in one sitting.

Everyone was courteous as soon as I stepped in the door. Didn’t have to wait long before I was seen. The staff explained my procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and kept me at ease. Will definitely go here again if needed.

The root canal was fantastic!! I am giving you a 4 rather than a 5 because I do not like getting multiple texts and emails reminding me to give you a Google review. This down plays your good service.

Dr Shen and Nicole were awesome!!! Coming in for a root canal was not easy for me since I was in so much pain when I got there. Nicole was very kind, gentle and comforting to me just knowing how I was feeling and what I was going through. Dr. Shen was very caring and informative during the entire procedure. He did an amazing job that I’m very happy and pleased with. My overall experience was very positive from start to finish. I highly recommend Modern Care Endodontics of Apple Valley.

I had a molar that was extremely painful. I was referred to Modern Care. I made a call, they got me same day & did an amazing job on my root canal. The next day you wouldn't even know I had one done, ZERO pain, no swelling. They were friendly, receptive, & very professional.
