I recently needed an emergency root canal and was in immense pain. I called Modern Care Endodontics right when they opened, hoping they might be able to get me in. To my relief, they were able to accommodate me the same day. Dr. Shen and the entire team were outstanding, professional, reassuring, and incredibly kind. Went for a consultation to determine if a tooth could be saved with a root canal/crown. Dr. was very thorough in explaining the situation with the tooth and it was determined that the tooth was too badly damaged to reasonably repair and extraction was recommended as the best option. Appreciated his honesty. Highly recommend.
I felt the staff took time to address my issue thoroughly. They were compassionate and focused. I felt the doctor and staff wanted to do things right and not hurry. There were no financial surprises, this issue was addressed up front. I'm currently on the other side of the procedure and everything seems great. Thank you.
Saw me on an emergency basis after my regular dentist couldn't complete a root canal due to calcification. Dr. Sen discovered he also had to remove an instrument that had been left in by the dentist. No problem. He got the job done, even though it took twice as long as it would have had I gone there in the first place. Very professional and compassionate.
Dr. Uttech and Jamie did a root canal for my daughter. She was extremely fearful of needles. The offered triazolam, for an extra fee, and that really helped her. They were both honest with her that there was a needle but that it was small and that she could handle it, and that it would help her for the entire procedure. And my daughter did great.
