Called today to try to make an appointment. The young lady who answered the phone Stage or something was unprofessional and abrupt. If the front of house is off it gives concerns for the back of house. She slammed phone twice and was rude. All uncalled for and unwarranted particularly when dealing with sick patients. I know Dr. Argunwal has and expects better standards than what I received today. New office so hope they do better and find better reception

Very warm & friendly staff, with complete hospitality. The office and waiting room cleanliness is superb. Dr. Pierce is awesome, caring & exemplifies true compassion. She really takes time to listen, and gives awesome feedback in my plan of care now & for the future.
I've spoken wuth Dee several times. She always seems to really care about how I feel. I appreciate her knowledge of medicine also.
“I had a disappointing experience at Modern Primary Health (Dr. Odafe). When we arrived for my wife’s appointment, the receptionist was initially unhelpful when I explained that our insurance was through CHAMP VA, and that the number was my wife’s social security number. Despite her initial refusal, she eventually assisted us, but continued to speak condescendingly about the situation. This was frustrating and unprofessional.
