My initial experience, setting my wellness exam appointment, was not great. Call felt impersonal and I didn’t feel appreciated as a patient. When I did arrive for my appointment, experience couldn’t have been more different. Very personable staff from check-in , through the nurse that prepped me for the doctor and my PCP physician herself. I came back the next day for some bloodwork. Same thing. Great experience. And I had my lab results within 24 hrs. I’m very happy with Modern Primary Healthcare.
Dr.. Gross – Pierce has been my PCP For many years, but I generally visit with her PA, Lorena. She is a fantastic, thorough & compassionate professional, who really listens to patient concerns. Highly recommend!
Dr Ray and Nurse DONNICA are the best! They take their time with you and listen to what you are concerned about. They take their lady at the front desk is wondering too! She is always so friendly and always has a smile when you walk in.
The staff is very friendly. I did not have to wait long before I saw my doctor. I love Dr. Lorena. She is very kind. Always takes the time to answer all my questions.
Great empathy and understanding from Dr Gross Pierce and the entire staff. Transitioning between jobs, temporarily without insurance, they made the visit affordable, gave suggestions to keep costs down for medications and kept the door open to reach out. Couldn’t ask for better
