This review is solely in reference to the reception of the place as I was unable to see the Dr. The overweight curly hair lady in the front desk left we waiting for over an hour for being literally “5 minutes” late as she stated herself. Poor customer service; walked out for better care elsewhere.

About a year has passed, and I decided to write a review, just to give advice, I think it will be useful. On October 4, 2023, I had pain in my left kidney, went to the Aventura hospital. They found a stone in my ureter, after the procedures I felt better. I was given a referral to the Modern Urology clinic. From the beginning the experience at Modern Urology was fantastic. I arrived without a confirmed appointment and Camilla at the front desk was extremely accommodating. She got me registered and set up quickly and efficiently and found a way to work me into their schedule. Dr. De Fazio was very professional and handled my appointment great. He walked me through all my questions and got all my concerns addressed. Highly recommend!

A great experience! Dr Defazio has excellent bed side manner while answering all my questions and concerns. The staff was on point and very pleasant. I left feeling confident and comfortable.

My office visit was the best experience I’ve had at any medical facility since I moved to Miami! The staff is very kind and patient. They are incredibly professional and extremely helpful. Dr. Jose is an absolute delight. He listens, he explains, and he gives options and recommendations. Seriously, the best experience I’ve had in a very long time.
