The care was first class. I had a post-op visit. The were able to schedule me right away. Got to the office and filled pour the new patient forms (which were concise and short). Waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before I was called in. The doctor entered a few minutes later and the visit was informative and cordial. I felt like I mattered! Overall experience was very positive.
The office staff are the nicest and willing to help the patient I had so many questions and they were all answered. Dr Vilaro is so funny and knowledgeable he put me at ease I was so nervous and I left laughing thank you Doctor..I would recommend this Doctors office.
Dr Jose Vilaro of Modern Urology and Dr. Adam De Fazio of Miami Men's provide excellent care. Both physicians take time to explain all test results and any treatment plans required. I appreciate the trusted relationships established several years ago with these outstanding health care professionals..The office staff are both welcoming and efficient. Dr. Vilaro is an exceptional physician—kind, compassionate, and truly professional. He takes the time to listen and makes you feel cared for and understood. His warm approach and genuine concern for his patients set him apart. The staff at the clinic are also wonderful—friendly, courteous, and always helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
It's a pleasure to have Dr. Jose Vilaro. He's a wonderful professional. He inspires confidence and makes you feel relaxed with his great personality. He takes the time to care of me and explain options about my health. His staff is very friendly, and I don't have to wait too long to be seen. I higly recomend him, better Dr cannot be found.
