First appointment with Dr. Al Sawaf. Very pleased with every person and every element of the appointment. I left with a feeling of high confidence in Dr Al Sawaf professionally, and found his interpersonal skills to be great. Every person in the clinic was very friendly and seemed highly skilled. My first post op visit went very well and. Quick and professional from all areas of care given. Dr. Sawafs' representative was very helpful and answered all questions presented by myself and my advocate. She thoroughly explained before and after x-rays. I rated this 5 stars thinking five us the highest rating.
This staff is always so welcoming and professional! Front desk, MAs & the PA are all great!!! Very comfortable w Nurse Kate. She's a sweetie! She always answers my questions; no matter how they may sound. Dr Al Sawaf is always very professional, empathetic, personable & kind especially when the patient- such as myself is worried & not always feeling my best. Thank you all!!!👍🏾👍🏾
Great visit. Short wait time, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Al Sawaf is so nice and cares what i felt and made sure i was comfortable and wanted to ensure my comfort and understanding of everythig going on with treatment. I highly recommend him.
