Dr. Alsawaf was so patient, knowledgeable, and very informative during my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail. His PA Elizabeth, is also very patient and caring. They make a great team together. I would recommend them both to anyone. Thankful to have such excellent care so close to home.
Dr. Al Sawaf was very professional and personal. You can say he had a great bed side manner but we haven't got to the surgery yet. I met him for a torn rotator cuff examination that set up surgery. He explained my options and the probability of the outcome of surgery. Shortly after I had an issue with my left knee. Doctor was thorough once again assessing the two situations and how they should be approached to give me the best outcomes for surgery and recovery. I recently had a total reverse shoulder replacement with Dr. Sawaf. I’ve had a damaged, torn rotator cuff for years. I knew I would need surgery but put it off Because of fear of the process. A family member worked in surgery for him. She said that he was so thorough, careful and precise in all of his work. She encouraged me to go and see him. I am so glad that I did. Dr. Sawaf provided exceptional care for my severely shattered shoulder that required replacement surgery. From my first consultation through recovery, he was professional calm and extremely clear in explaining my injury,treatment and what to expect in recovery. I felt informed and confident in the plan of care. His surgical skills are evident in my progress and his staff showed the same high level of professionalism . I would highly recommend Dr. Sawaf to anyone facing a serious shoulder injury or complex orthopedic surgery.
A very Dramatic fall on black ice Caused my elbow to be in about 12 pieces A year ago. Today, my artificial elbow is doing fantastic, I have amazing range of motion and no pain all because of the care and skill of this great doctor. I have now graduated to every two years visits to make sure the implant is staying solid. Cannot recommend Dr. Al Sawaf more. He is a brilliant doctor and a kind, compassionate caring human.
