All the Staff were excellent. Dr was attentive, thorough, helpful. He asked a lot of questions to get to know me and figure out exactly what was going on. He asked questions that related to my chart so I knew he looked at my history before coming in. That’s not common but said a lot about him. And then he asked if i had any questions. He then took care of some of my issues immediately and got me set up with a plan of action.
Dr. Sawaf was really wonderful. He took the time to listen carefully, answered every question thoroughly, and made us feel completely comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for and we weren’t rushed. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. His nurse was also very professional. Great experience
Dr. Al Sawaf attentively listened patiently to all my concerns about my shoulder and arm pain. He thoroughly and gently examined the area, clearly explained his diagnosis, and administered an injection with care. He and his support staff are very personable, kind, and friendly. I had seen him some years ago for a similar issue, which he resolved, so I felt most confident in seeking his care again. I definitely would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Al Sawaf was very professional and personal. You can say he had a great bed side manner but we haven't got to the surgery yet. I met him for a torn rotator cuff examination that set up surgery. He explained my options and the probability of the outcome of surgery. Shortly after I had an issue with my left knee. Doctor was thorough once again assessing the two situations and how they should be approached to give me the best outcomes for surgery and recovery.
