This man should be disbarred! I had to file a complaint with the AZ state Bar and AZ Attorney General Office, he took money from my elderly disabled mother and did absolutely nothing on her case. He had her pay money upfront and then created bogus charges to take all her money. He is now withholding information from her and our family that is needed to move forward with of case.

Odd. We were hired to draft a demand letter which we did. The adverse party’s insurance company acknowledged receipt of the demand letter. Your mother was advised all throughout the process and often times you would personally respond to the email acknowledging the status. The insurance company then requested documentation to support the claim.
