Once again our appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. 20 minutes before the appointment time. That’s ridiculous! Fortunately I was home and it was a remote visit but the lack of consideration and respect you have to cancel an appointment 20 minutes prior is soooo unprofessional! Seems it Monarche’s standard operating procedure! .
Monarch has been very helpful to me. I see a therapist and an NP to monitor the medications I take. I've done well with the therapists I've had, just 3 in 4 years. I connected really well with the last 2 I had. They gave great ideas to help me deal with things when they feel out of my control. The NP who works on my medications stays in touch with my primary care doctor so everybody is moving in the same direction. Update: I was told over the phone I can come and get a paper copy of my prescription and medical records. I came in mocked to no answer so I called and waited 40 minutes on hold just for her to say someone is coming to the door. 15 minutes later Kelly came to the door with most disgusting attitude. She stated I haven’t had an appointment this year, and I showed her that I have, and when I was in the middle of a sentence she rolled her eyes and shut the door in my face.
