Easy, I don't do mental health or any of those doctors or counselors. It has been difficult to get an appointment but the leverage the doctors use with each other is fantastic! Social worker/therapist are fantastic also! Hands down, I enjoy this place and the people in it.
I really appreciate everyone there. I have not had a bad experience yet. I think that Tim Hudson is the sweetest person there. His personality is awesome. Like I said, I haven't had any bad experiences their at all. However, there are more offices in there besides theirs. So if there were trash in the parking lot and the bathrooms were nasty, you cant place all the blame on them. I don't nor have I seen any trash. That's all I can say.
Highly recommend, Cameron is a great counselor and Dr Lutz is wonderful .. they both make me feel comfortable talking to them. I’m so happy I choose Monarch !!
Do not use if you are looking for actual help. They force you to do a video link as a new patient and they leave you in the cue, then kick you out, then when someone finally comes to the video call, they fake like they can't see you and keep restarting the call until you hangup. Absolutely horrible experience
Monarch is a wonderful place to go if you ever need help they have great referrals to other places. The staff is wonderful and friendly make you feel welcomed.
