I really appreciate everyone there. I have not had a bad experience yet. I think that Tim Hudson is the sweetest person there. His personality is awesome. Like I said, I haven't had any bad experiences their at all. However, there are more offices in there besides theirs. So if there were trash in the parking lot and the bathrooms were nasty, you cant place all the blame on them. I don't nor have I seen any trash. That's all I can say.
Over the course of being a patient for several years & seeing many different practitioners due to most not staying long… the patient care from many providers were not good! But the last two providers have been truly different…caring, understanding, listening to my issues & overall feel they desire to help !!! Love both of them & was really worried when my last provider left because I really loved her & was concerned about getting another provider possibly like I had experienced in the past…but not the case! Monarch has changed my life. I have a great doctor who cares and allows me a voice in my treatment. My therapist is a saint also. I see her weekly and she has taught me so many tools to work through my issues with. I’m very grateful for monarch!
Highly recommend, Cameron is a great counselor and Dr Lutz is wonderful .. they both make me feel comfortable talking to them. I’m so happy I choose Monarch !!
The lady at the front desk said they are getting close to the cut off time that they are allowed to get new patients in their system and schedule a mental health assessment and she went out of her way and worked fast to get me scheduled before they stop accepting new patients and it was on a Friday too... They helped me so much and I have the best therapist and psychiatrist that I could ever ask for, those ladies are awesome.... I highly recommend Monarch if you are having troubles in life and need a plan or treatment!!!
