Terrible. Each time waited for hours. Never saw an actual doctor. Video with non-doctor within their office. Incorrect medications. Do no use. Avoid.

Had a 8:30 am appointment. I got there at 8:30. I waited until 8:55 when my telehealth call started. It was a rude intake nurse that didn't even introduce herself before she started firing off questions. We finished with that part and then she said I would have to wait another 50 minutes to be seen by a provider. Unbeknownst to me, it's first come, first served. Their customer service sucks because they don't give you information when you need it. I could have been here when the doors opened, instead I just burned 45 minutes... read more
