I have been in and out of therapy for many years and coming here is finally the first time I feel like I'm getting the help I need!!! Bonnie Anderson is amazing. So glad I took the steps I needed to to better myself
My therapist Tonya was a lifesaver! She helped me get through a very difficult time in my life with professionalism, grace and a deep understanding. She really gets it! I had to move away so I cannot see her anymore and that was a hard pill to swallow but she gave me referrals and I know it will be fine. Thank you Tonya for help saving my life!
Was rudely hung up on twice in a row, the phone was answered, and hung up twice by whoever is answering the phones this morning on 1/06/25 at this Wilson location. Set a bad impression for a new caller, if this is a regular occurrence which I’ve heard from another that it’s happened to them on multiple occasions, I’m not sure I’d chose this location for this simple reason. It’s rude and they shouldn’t be hanging up on people especially in mental health care when someone is reaching out.
Great great service I go to monarch and I do have to say something I have never felt more accomplished then I do now with finally trying to get to the source of my mental health issues and finally finding ways to manage it and I have been dealing with mental health issues mostly all my life and I've never actually felt like I come so much closer than I do now to feeling like myself again and thanks to monarch and their doctors and therapist I feel that way
Dr. Aly Bell has been a true life saver. My son has Autism, ADHD and he's over hyperactive. We do video chat and she takes her time to speak with him and me. She's very patient and I'm so thankful we found her. Monarch has worked wonders for my son
