Many years ago, MONARCH • was absolutely crappy to work with. After Covid, I'm not sure what happened, but they got their crap together, and I have had amazing experiences with them. None of their therapist or psychiatrist tried to force any medication down my throat, and they allow me to make decisions for myself that helped my lifestyle. I actually could not function without the medication that I am receiving now, and MONARCH • makes it so easy for me to fill up my script even if I miss an appointment. Thanks yall! Mrs. Melissa Curtiss, is absolutely amazing. I’ve been seeing her for a while and have improved greatly. If anyone is in the need of mental health services, please consider her your first choice!
My care team at Monarch has always taken really good care of me. They go above and beyond. They tailored my care around my mental health needs perfectly. I have Therapy virtually every 2 weeks and I see my psychiatrist every 3 months virtually as well. I only have to go in fur my abilify injection once a month. And they mail me my other medications. I have been a pat of Monarch's for years. Without their constant support, I would have am even harder road to climb. My provider, Lisette, is amazing. I can't help enough praise on the fact she became provider. She listens, cares, and represents the best Monarch has to offer.
