I have had the best experience with Monarch. I do video calls at home for my sessions which is very convenient and I've been with them 4 years and with my current counselor for 3 years now and she has helped me tremendously and has setup a care plan that works for me.
We are here to help sign says. Not true to leave me hanging. What terrible mental health services. You were to work with me til I got established elsewhere. Neither happened as elsewhere wasted my time and had no therapists and others don't take my insurance. Another words I am left hanging. How do I begin again? This is completely awful what you have done and we can turn it around for better with timely appointments on act team or me having to come in person
I have been so lucky with all of the services with Monarch such as EMDR, CBT therapy, and even employment services. Since the job market is a tough cookie right now, they have been helping me get a job that matches me and my needs.
I love my doctor that takes care of me. Monarch and me go way back and has helped me so much. Thank you Monarch for caring for my well-being!
