I did the walk in for first time patients. I didn’t know until I got there that you don’t actually see a mental health professional they just put your ID and insurance on file and go through the registration process with you. These are things that can be done virtually if you have a cell phone or laptop, so you can save yourself the trip the first time. Everyone that helped me seemed kind and professional. Monarch has a great and quick process to get you plugged into their system. Also, I was able to talk with a therapist with in 2 weeks and she was up to speed with my issues
I like that everyone is welcoming and make me feel like they want to help me. The Doctors and nurses ive encountered are really good. I recommend this practice.
Monarch is best place to get mental health care. They care about your health and mental too. They get you in soon as possible if you have problem. They are good support too.
They have been very helpful to my son. He is on a much better path now.
