We are here to help sign says. Not true to leave me hanging. What terrible mental health services. You were to work with me til I got established elsewhere. Neither happened as elsewhere wasted my time and had no therapists and others don't take my insurance. Another words I am left hanging. How do I begin again? This is completely awful what you have done and we can turn it around for better with timely appointments on act team or me having to come in person
I was a patient at Monarch for while at Monarch. I was on a drug called Lithium which ruined my entire life. I have a very deliberating condition called Small Fiber Neuropothy. I am on disability now due to this. I lost a 40,000 automobile. I lost my ability to work. My retirement is ruined. I worked 30yrs with a mental health diagnosis. Now I am unable to work. I did the walk in for first time patients. I didn’t know until I got there that you don’t actually see a mental health professional they just put your ID and insurance on file and go through the registration process with you. These are things that can be done virtually if you have a cell phone or laptop, so you can save yourself the trip the first time. Everyone that helped me seemed kind and professional. Monarch has a great and quick process to get you plugged into their system. Also, I was able to talk with a therapist with in 2 weeks and she was up to speed with my issues
