I have been so lucky with all of the services with Monarch such as EMDR, CBT therapy, and even employment services. Since the job market is a tough cookie right now, they have been helping me get a job that matches me and my needs.

We are here to help sign says. Not true to leave me hanging. What terrible mental health services. You were to work with me til I got established elsewhere. Neither happened as elsewhere wasted my time and had no therapists and others don't take my insurance. Another words I am left hanging. How do I begin again? This is completely awful what you have done and we can turn it around for better with timely appointments on act team or me having to come in person
I have had the best experience with Monarch. I do video calls at home for my sessions which is very convenient and I've been with them 4 years and with my current counselor for 3 years now and she has helped me tremendously and has setup a care plan that works for me.
They messed my appointment up they missed my uncle appointment up and they messed my grandma's appointment up not good whatsoever the lady at the front desk decided to Jack an attitude with me and my grandma I do not recommend not coming back ever if I could I would have gave 0 stars
