I went to Monarch Behavioral Health seeking help for bipolar disorder, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts. Instead of being matched with an experienced trauma therapist, I was assigned a brand-new marriage counselor. After only a few weeks, she told me she could no longer treat me because she was afraid of being sued when something happened. She also said she thought therapy was mainly for me to “vent,” which is not appropriate when someone is seeking serious mental health treatment. Doctors have my medicine spot on ,and no problems getting refills. I can visit my doctor virtually very convenient for me.
Great place very friendly people. The wait time was worth it because the people that work here are very friendly and helped me with everything I needed.
