I’ve been dealing with this organization for almost 3 years now. Their support staff is great but most of the therapists are drones, doctors don’t bother keeping up with your case and treat you as a number, or paycheck, rushing through your care, When you get lucky enough to have a good therapist they don’t stay with the company long. God forbid you have an actual emergency or get hospitalized! They can’t be bothered with you! & if your therapist leaves you are put on a long waiting list, sometimes months before you seen! My provider and the staff are excellent and have my best interests at heart concerning my care. They are also always available in case I have an emergency.
