We get a lot of robocalls and solicitors. I was told when ordering that they quickly identify and end the calls, to save time billed. Some are 30 seconds, but some go up to 2 minutes billed for these type of calls. I am pretty sure that they charge for the entire time the call is trying to connect, not just when the line is answered. The total time billed was more than the lowest tier and drove into extra charges. They don't work well with google voice, but I've since learned many providers don't. I highly recommend this very professional organization for your answering service needs! I’ve used a few different companies throughout the years for my business and this one is the best. From my salesman Chris Samuels to my onboarding specialist Lauri Shepard all of my concerns have always been met immediately and quickly. The prices are very fair and service level of the operators always excellent.

I have been using VoiceNation for over a year now and the wonderful customer service has never waivered, which was not the case with other answering services I have used in the past. They have also been very easy to work with and are an asset to my company! Thank you to everyone at VoiceNation!

The Andruss Motel is a very small business I run by myself with the help of a handful of vendors making me somewhat of an expert on starting up service. Without question VoiceNation has the most helpful, professional and personable staff I’ve ever dealt with. From sales to onboarding they have been a dream. We are just starting their service, but I have no worries at all in fact I’m excited to get feedback from my customers because I know it will all be amazing!

I am incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Voice Nation. Last week, I called to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. To my dismay, I was repeatedly transferred to a line where no one answered my calls. After finally getting through, several support representatives assured me that they would create a ticket for my concern.
