We get a lot of robocalls and solicitors. I was told when ordering that they quickly identify and end the calls, to save time billed. Some are 30 seconds, but some go up to 2 minutes billed for these type of calls. I am pretty sure that they charge for the entire time the call is trying to connect, not just when the line is answered. The total time billed was more than the lowest tier and drove into extra charges. They don't work well with google voice, but I've since learned many providers don't. Awful! Worst answering service on the market! Called my own number and they answered with the wrong business name. So I decided to record some calls and caught them blowing leads and potential clients. I'm in roofing, so each call is potentially $15-50k and they were blowing calls and then not telling us about the bad call, so I couldn't call clients back to fix it. Our team has been using Moneypenny for several years. They have been wonderful in answering our phone after hours or when none of our agents are available. Our rep, Amber, is always available and quick to respond when we need assistance.
