Working with Monique Walker and team was an excellent experience and I highly recommend her. She called the city to help me with inquiries on zoning and permits, and set me up with a structural engineer to inspect some remodeling questions I had. In the end she got me a property I love at a great price.

I have an excellent experience with Monique and her coordineirors , I will recommend her to any friend or any member of my family She walk with me every step of the sell ,explained to me everything that I didn't understand, help me to review very document that I need it to sign. From the moment my husband and met Monique, she was a total professional. She sent a packet of information ahead of time, on what to expect throughout the process of selling our home. Comps were also sent over to help expedite the discussion on what we should set our price for our home. She has a team of associates to support every aspect of selling our home.
