I purchased a home and sold my home through Monique. Monique was always pro-active and was very patient . She gave me good advise when I was selling my home. She ALWAYS called me back when I had questions. Monique helped me get the house on the market. I sold my home in one day and received my asking price! Monique is a great realtor. I would recommend Monique as a realtor tom buy and sell their home.

I had opportunity to work with the realtor with whom I purchased my home. They treated me well during the buying process, but I decided to interview a couple other reputable realtors in the area. Monique was able to generate more “looks” at my home, which led to a quick offer and sell. She was very professional during the entire process as well as very attentive to any urgent concerns or issues. The thing that I liked most about having Monique as my realtor (besides the fact she was able to sell my home quickly…), was her knowledge of and access to quality, reputable and reasonably priced contractors. Monique and her team went above and beyond during the whole process. I used Monique when I bought my first home in 2006, after several years I called her again to sell the property and to buy a new property.
