Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.Monique and her team were all very knowledgable with the market and the area. My house was listed for 8 months with a deferent company and didn't sell. Monique said we will have an offer in 30 days and we did. I wish I would of started with her, it would of saved me thousands. I will never buy or sell another house without her and her team.

Sold a home in 2014.Monique and her entire staff are exactly what you need when selling a home ( I assume the same is true when it comes to buying, but I sold.) She is unfailingly energetic, positive, resourceful, reassuring, creative....I could say more but you get the idea. When the time comes to buy again in Arizona my first and only call will be to Monique.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Camelback East, Phoenix, AZ.I am out of state and wanted to sell my home quickly and at a good price. I was concerned about not being there but Monique and her team took care of everything. The sale was closed at a reasonable price within three days of my tenants moving out. I can't imagine this sale going any better or more seamless than it did. My high expectations have been exceeded.
