Melani is a very sweet person. I knew immediately when we met that she was the realtor for me. She helped me find my new home quickly and it was exactly what I needed. She was in touch with me through the entire process and always available for my questions. I would use her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Monique Walker was responsive to my needs prior to my signing on with she and her team! She got valuable MLS information to me for my estate lawyer. Asking what was important to me, she heard me when I requested the desire for a reasonable sale with fewer days on the market versus holding out for a higher price. The price agreed upon in listing was responded to within days and for our asking price. Her team kept me informed during the entire process...AND the sale closed in 5 weeks! Monique sells homes!

Without a doubt, Monique Walker knows her stuff. And has some very capable sidekicks to boot. After more than a year trying to sell with a real estate agent friend, we signed with Monique and she went right to work. She said that places usually get an offer every ten showings and would sell within an average of forty days. Our place received the offer at the tenth showing and at about forty days. We are extremely pleased with Monique and her team and would recommend her without reservation.
