I still love all of the people at Montana Arthritis Center. I don't know that I have ever met people that are so kind, understanding, and willing to listen to whatever I have to say. I always feel like I'm visiting friends when I have to go see Dr Lai for my appointments. I highly recommend everybody at Montana Arthritis Center!
The employees here are awesome! They are filled with genuine compassion, patience and understanding and I actually look forward to my scheduled visits! I can honestly say this is the only medical appointment I actually look forward to! Outstanding care!
I have been a patient for several years. I feel like my condtions are so fully addressed and I matter to the staff. I appreciate that the receptionist and scheduling are so well managed that I never have a lengthy wait to be called in or waiting for my provider. I highly recommend MAC.
