Oh my goodness. What seriously warm and wonderful staff. Compassionate, kind, Efficient and doing everything they could for my comfort and happiness. Dr. Lai is instantly so very intelligent and eager to dive into an over abundance, of records and information and get to the root of things, while at the same time, making sure to do everything Possible to get me relief asap. What a gift. What a rare gem.
I saw Dr. Lai in Helena. He is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He also schooled me. If you don't understand something, he will teach you. If you are dealing with pain, and tired of getting the run around from other rheumatologists, you need to see him or go to this clinic. I am very grateful they took me as a patient! Thank you!

Dr lei is awesome and his assistant Vicki is very easy to work with I never feel like I am not heard I glad that Dr lei is seeing patients in Helena once a month as well I use to go all the way to Great falls to him .
