Could not be a better company filled with caring techies. They seem to know we normal people could care less how it works, just that we want it to work. They speak on a level we understood and worked through every detail and a minor email glitch on our computer. We bailed from the Cable and the Phone company and finally feel like we found a home in cyberspace where we are safe and have dependable service where they watch out for the customer.... not themselves.

I do highly recomment montana sky. I had cable but as soon as the neighbors turned their tvs on at night, my internet went to a crawl. With a dedicated IP address there are no fluctuations in speed and I am NEVER EVER down. Good work, and KNOWLEDGEABLE friendly people. Go Montana Sky. You Rock.

Slow to do everything! Slow to get me connected initially. Then I had to move to a new apartment and it took forever. Waited for nearly 3 weeks to get reconnected. Incredibly frustrating! Customer service is usually very helpful and the connection is good, that's why they got 2 stars.
