If I could I would give no stars! Absolutely horrible! I have no words for this apartment complex I lived here for 2 1/2 years and had nothing but problems from extreme mold infestation in my apartment to my whole ceiling having a leak and having to be replaced twice. I had to wait months for things to be fixed and no one even responded to my work orders. I was sick countless times and hospitalized due to my apartment. If i could give a zero star I would, but I gave it a 1 star just to be able to warn others about this complex. The units are very out dated and they will up the rent each year without any upgrades. The first year of living here was awesome. Everything is included which was nice, but quickly after that it became noticeable why that was. The a/c or water will go out at random times. The maintenance people will ignore mold issues and just tell you to clean it. The bath tubs will peel. The biggest issue besides the mold is the ... read more
Terrible services, the pool is closed, except for the leasing one! The laundry room is always dirty, cockroaches everywhere! The apartment where I lived was delivered with wet and dirty carpets, they never wanted to change them, the kitchen only had 2 burners that were good and the oven never worked! NOT RECOMMENDED !
ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES EVERYWHERE ! Pest control cant even stop the roaches. Mold is in these apartments at an all time high. Water is shut off periodically at the oddest times of the day. The hot water is barely working. Most of the time the drains are clogged. While taking a shower the dirty water will rise to your ankles.
