I have been complaining about my tub for a year now and this management is just negligent or too cheap to get the job done correctly the 1st time. You have to always be up their behinds to get something done and still they lie and say work is completed and nothing gets done or it's half assed I wish I could upload the videos of all the times they Said they came to my door and according to my camera no one came on those days dated in the emails.

This place is horrible. My ac hasn't been working I called the on call maintenance because the ac has been blowing hot air all night its over 80° in this apartment in the middle of June and I was told "I live to far away, I need to see about getting food and waking up before doing anything." I have an infant in the apartment and these people only care about getting paid and not doing their jobs. This is ridiculous and disgusting. This is the worst place to live. The staff is rude, inefficient, the majority of the time they don't know wth they are doing. There's mold every where, the carpets are disgusting, no one checks up on the residents to make sure the job/s are done correctly. The photos online are so old this place looks like an abandoned motel on route go f yourself but I'm still going to take your money. Aun en espera desde julio 14 2022 que nos reparen algunas cosas y nada. Muy triste ya que estabamos muy contento pero todo cambio estan tomando represalias por comentarios que hemos hecho pero nada de querer ayudar esperamos pronta respuesta

Hello folk if I could give this place negative stars I would. If you can stay clear from this place. You definitely should. I was at this complex for about 2 years. Also for the prices they are charging I pay less and live in a luxury apartment complex that are entirely new and double the size along with security. It was not awful at first for crime but then converted to crime central. Shoot outs happening in my same building. My old apartment was L211. I had black mold in my bathroom.
