I came in to have the battery replaced in my €160 Mauboussin watch. I mention this because the salesperson immediately said, "Oh, your watch is beautiful!" He quoted me €27.90 to change the battery… I found that expensive… I went to ask the price at a jewelry store in the mall, 50 meters away: €8. Such a big price difference is a bit much! I don't recommend this shop.

I broke the spring bar on my Zadig & Voltaire watch, and neither the gallery nor the Zadig store itself could find a solution. A woman from Histoire d'Or recommended their watch repair service. No regrets at all; my watch is restored to like-new condition with excellent service. I highly recommend them.

The screen protector on my phone peeled off after only two days. The quality was poor to begin with, and the fact that it peeled off made things worse. Unfortunately, it's not possible to get a refund… a very bad deal.

They offer a repair for a watch clasp at 179 euros (buying back the entire strap), without offering any other solutions. A small watchmaker nearby offers a repair for 25 euros (repair + battery).

I bought two batteries for a remote control. The salesperson installed it and quoted me €16.90. I had just replaced my other remote at Boulanger for €2.49, as they were out of batteries for the second one. Seeing my surprise at the price, the salesperson only charged me €9.90. Something's not right here... I won't be going back to that store.
