I brought two watches in for battery replacements at Montre Service in the Toison d'Or shopping center. One of them was for my son, but unfortunately, the bracelet was too big. After unsuccessfully trying to remove some links myself, I went to Montre Service with the watch and the links. Ilia welcomed me with great kindness and professionalism. I came for the second time, thinking this time would be better, but I left disappointed once again. The same man who greeted me last time was the same man again, the same nonchalance, no explanation, straight to the price without even giving me a chance to explain what was wrong with the watch, as if someone had forced him to be there... In short, this type of person shouldn't be in a job that requires direct contact with the customer because, even though the work is done, the customer relationship remains just as important.... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am very satisfied with my visit to the Montre Service boutique at La Toison d’Or in Dijon. A big thank you to Ilya for his professionalism, his warm welcome, and his invaluable advice. Following the service of my watch, he took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. A serious, transparent, and very much appreciated service. I highly recommend this boutique, and especially Ilya!
I came in to get my watch repaired. The young man who greeted me was friendly and listened attentively to my problem. I waited a few minutes while he took care of it, and after paying, I left with my watch on my wrist 😁
Watch battery replaced for €15. Lasted less than 3 months. No compensation offered. Not only is the battery quality poor, but the customer service is no better. Very disappointing, I won't be using them again.
