Pleased with my experience at this service. Had my watch band adjusted. Took maybe 5 to 10 minutes max.
While Casio no longer offers replacement watch straps for the G-Shock G-7800, Michaël (a technician at Montre Service Evry) found a solution for me! He provided me with a generic strap, which he then modified and fitted to my watch case. He is the only watchmaker (within a 200 km radius) who offered and provided this service. If I could give zero stars, I would. A real SCAMMER! €30 to change a battery and €10 to adjust a strap FOR A SINGLE WATCH! He sets his prices based on how much you look. Go to the competition; they'll be much more respectful of your wallet and you.
Responsiveness, professionalism, and great courtesy. Excellent service on a brand-name watch that no other watchmaker wanted to work on. Stem and crown replaced quickly. Congratulations to the team and a special mention to the watchmaker for his technical and customer-focused approach!
Always so efficient and super friendly too, as always. I just got back from the 94 (Val-de-Marne) to change the batteries in my watches and check their water resistance.
