I came in with an automatic watch that had stopped working after a fall. I told them I thought the problem was just the hand, which was bent. They told me it needed a complete overhaul, with a two-month wait and a €300 bill. I went to another watchmaker, and of course, the only problem was the hand. The entire mechanism behind it works perfectly, and all for less than €50, and the watch is working wonderfully again. Don't trust their diagnosis; go see other watchmakers in Montpellier who are much better.

I ordered two brand-name watches over a month ago, and when I call, someone tells me: "Nothing has been done, but we'll call you back…!" Following this, I went to the counter on August 28th only to be told that nothing had been done. The person there told me the manager would come back next week…! Today, I tried calling several times with no answer. I'm worried about these two watches, especially since they make you pay for the repairs upfront. What am I supposed to think…???!!!
