A very disappointing experience when I requested a repair for my son's inexpensive watch clasp. The manager deemed it beyond repair, treating my request with disdain and indifference, while the very next day a jeweler downtown fixed the problem in two minutes, free of charge! The only redeeming feature of this place is one of its salespeople, who is friendly, and their exorbitant battery replacement prices. That's not enough to warrant a visit!
Very professional, quick, and friendly. I went to have the glass on my watch replaced, and it was done in 30 minutes flat. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
I was literally assaulted by one of the people. I went to remove some links, and when the person removed them, I noticed a gap. I pointed it out to the person, and she replied, "That's normal, you don't know anything about it." I apologized, and she attacked me. I was so shocked I ran away!
