I went in at the end of July (the 21st to be precise) for a repair of my Festina F16358, a gift from my wife 17 years ago (for our engagement). I took it in immediately. I brought in a watch I've owned for over 30 years because of a problem with the clasp on the bracelet. The watch is no longer manufactured, but the store manager contacted the manufacturer and managed to find a replacement. It was a miracle for me, as many jewelers had told me it would be impossible to repair. So, I'm very grateful to the workshop manager. I highly recommend them. I wasn't planning on leaving a comment, but I see I'm not the only one this has happened to. I dropped off my working watch for a battery change. The employee changed the battery but couldn't close it. I told her I'd go do my shopping while I closed it, then I picked it up. I got home and noticed the hands were way off (the hour hand showed 30 when the minute hand was on the hour).
