Very disappointed with their business practices and prices, I do not recommend them. In September 2024, we had two brand-name watches repaired for €200 and €130 respectively (mechanism replacement). In November 2025, a little over 13 months later, one of the watches stopped working. The quote was again €200, as they refused to cover it (the 1-year warranty had expired). Two watches left for minor adjustments. I was initially seen by a young man who seemed dedicated to repairs; he provided explanations and took care of everything without any problems. I returned 30 minutes later, and that's when things got complicated. A woman in her thirties, who clearly had a selective smile and was only friendly, greeted me. I could have been kicked in the backside and it would have been the same, how is it possible to be so rude? Honestly, when your job is literally changing batteries all the time, it can't help... I needed a simple piece of information and I was practically spat on. It's shameful to be a beginner and speak to people so rudely. RUN AWAY!
A superb, respectful, and very kind welcome, with excellent advice and impeccable service. The prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend them for watch battery replacements or any other watchmaking services. Thank you again for the work done.
A young man working as a replacement on Friday was very diligent; he took the time to change two complicated batteries with a smile. Personally, I'm always satisfied with the teams working in Ormesson, and I have several watches serviced there, including a Tag Heuer. So I recommend this easily accessible shop. 👍
