After visiting the Ollioules store, I continue to have my watches repaired at this location in the Italie 2 shopping center in Paris. The service is excellent, quick, and efficient. There's sometimes a bit of a wait, but that's normal in my opinion.
Avoid at all costs. On Thursday, April 16, 2026, I went to the store to have my watch strap replaced. After examining a leather strap I liked, I selected it. Since the salesperson never mentioned the price, I assumed it was reasonable. I therefore agreed, specifying that I wanted to keep my watch's original buckle. Once the strap was fitted, I was asked to pay €53. This amount seemed particularly high considering the perceived quality of the product.
