Had an exceptional customer service by Loik. My wrist watch which was purchased from this outlet with 2-years warranty, suddenly stopped working and the battery replacement didn't help. Loik offered to send the watch to the repair centre mentioning that would take about two weeks. As I live in the UK and only visit Nice occasionally, I wasn't able to stay there that long. I bought a watch in November 2022, for around 85 Euro, with a guarantee for one year. Once I gifted it to my partner, we figured it out that the second line is passing slowlier that it’s supposed to be (60 seconds are running in approximately 60.5-61 seconds). Slow and the coppers are not fixing the computer so it is super slow and there is no system at all

Appalling and overpriced! I took my watch in at the end of March before going on vacation to have the battery replaced and the waterproofing redone on my Ice Watch for €38! As you can see, the work was poorly done, my watch leaked, and it's now unusable. The person who performed the service was talking to someone else at the same time and clearly wasn't paying close enough attention.
