The service is friendly. However, I felt the prices for battery replacement is too high. For a normal G-SHOCK watch they mentioned it as €35. Wanted to Thanks them for myself trying with a kit (€9) and battery (€1.25).
Very professional and helpful
They replaced the battery in my wach pretty fast, 1h. But price it's quite high, at lest for the first time. For the next time I received a very good discount.

The alarm clock I purchased had a loose hours' arm so I brought it back. First they refused to replace it, saying I had dropped it (not true), but offered to fix it within an hour. When I came back they said it had been fixed but clock showed the wrong time, so they reluctantly gave me a new one which still shows the wrong time. Unfriendly and incompetent people like this force clients off local stores into the arms of Amazon
