Very professional team effort. Front office provided an estimate before work. Zachary and his assistant Bailey put in 2 crowns. Crowns made in office and installed in 1 morning. Whole team worked well together. I would highly recommend

This office asked for a review. Here it is....... First time teeth cleaning appt was fine. The second not so much. The hygienist finished by using a very nasty solution in my mouth that was bitter beyond description. Then charged almost $300 for a cleaning and X rays. The dentist did his perfunctory exam afterward. He and the hygienist conferred privately, then announced I needed over $400 in dental work. Since I have not needed decay repair in 40 yrs, I declined. My first visit to my new dentist and hygienist was excellent. Both, made me feel very welcome. I spent more time with the hygienist than the dentist, so I have to say she deserves most of the credit. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Dr Parker.
This place is awful. The first set of X-rays were blurry and done by an obviously untrained staff member. They had to be redone. They wanted to do a same day root canal! After 5 requests they still haven’t sent all the X-rays and my records to my new dentist. The new dentist only received 1 X-ray which was not readable, and I had to pay to do all of them all again - not to mention having to be exposed to X-rays 3 times for 1 issue.Why are there so many good reviews?
