My overall experience was great. Just a minute of wait time before going back to the dental chair. The team was attentive and personable, they each introduced themselves which I appreciated. While there were a few small issues of the team not knowing where to locate certain items needed or the name of the items, they worked well together in quick form so as not to keep me waiting. Erica is the best hygienist. She pays close attention to detail making sure your teeth are very clean and she does it with precision. Never making you feel rushed and knowledgeable in any concerns. I have family who are hygienists but I choose her because she does a great job!
I went into get a specific X-ray done for a tooth that was bothering me about 6 months ago. The entire staff seemed really grumpy with me that day. Maybe they were all overbooked? Dr Parker spent no more than 3 minutes with me. Told me to use a rinse on the tooth for 10 days and if it didn't help things, then we would have to do a root canal. He told me his staff would call me to see how I was doing. Never happened. They finally called a couple of weeks ago (months later) to see if I needed to schedule an annual exam. I told... read more
Very professional, pleasant and through on every level. I am so happy that the now-retired Dr. Thomas recommended Dr. Parker and his services and staff. There are so many new dentist offices in Montrose, and I am glad that Monumental Dental is growing well and efficiently (Hi, Dr. Zack!)
Very professional team effort. Front office provided an estimate before work. Zachary and his assistant Bailey put in 2 crowns. Crowns made in office and installed in 1 morning. Whole team worked well together. I would highly recommend
