I went to Monumental Dental because of an emergency. Monumental was available and very kind. Although my procedure was long, the Doctor and Dental Assistant were there for me. They were on top of my pain, my nerves, and my emotions. They talked me through the whole procedure. I was so impressed by their treatment that I gave them hugs. I sincerely appreciate this practice and the care that they have given me every time I have gone to them. Especially during the holiday season.
I'm glad I found Monumental Dental. I appreciate the friendly service from everyone in the front office staff and the excellent work by the hygienists. I needed some fillings redone, and that went really smoothly also. I'm happy to have this great team helping me stay healthy.
Erica is so thorough as a dental hygienist. I recently had my regularly scheduled exam/cleaning and she is on top of every step:X-rays, cleaning and reviewing any questions I might have. It’s also nice that she’s so friendly. I like that Monumental Dental emphasizes prevention and healthy hygiene. I highly recommend them.
My overall experience was great. Just a minute of wait time before going back to the dental chair. The team was attentive and personable, they each introduced themselves which I appreciated. While there were a few small issues of the team not knowing where to locate certain items needed or the name of the items, they worked well together in quick form so as not to keep me waiting. Very professional, pleasant and through on every level. I am so happy that the now-retired Dr. Thomas recommended Dr. Parker and his services and staff. There are so many new dentist offices in Montrose, and I am glad that Monumental Dental is growing well and efficiently (Hi, Dr. Zack!)
