Matthew’s work is AMAZING! He is an empathetic, caring individual who does great work. He listened for my issues, made me feel at ease and corrected the large amount of trigger points mainly in my traps. I already recommended his services twice after leaving my session today!
Love my monthly deep tissue massages from Caroline! She listens to my concerns, and checks in to make sure pressure is good. Great hands, good communication. She has made a real difference in my shoulders, especially. Moontide Massage uses a good scheduling and reminder system as well. All good!

Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. Matt is incredible, he’s so sweet and so funny but also insanely talented. 10 out of 10 recommend you see him. I have a desk job that has left me with lots of tension in my neck, shoulders, hips, basically everywhere and I left there literally feeling taller and actually able to move again. I found Mooontide Massage & Wellness on line when I did a search for spas in the Falmouth area. I was extremely pleased to have a wonderful experience. I had a daily practice of either yoga or pilates last week. I felt I needed a "tune up". Norma, the message therapist, was excellent. Extremely professional with just the right touch. Room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Moontide.
