Great owners who take pride in their business!! The property is clean & secured at all times..Henry & Mary are the nicest people to deal with. By the way, they have an AWESOME TRAIN display in the office..
This is the best mini storage in the Poconos. Immaculately kept on the inside and out. Very reasonable rates and a pleasure to deal with. I've used mini storage places all over the country and this one wins, hands down.
**Buyer Beware -- Mandatory "Insurance" That Didn't Protect Us** We recently filed an insurance claim for damage to our belongings stored at Moose Crossing, and the claim was denied because there was food present in our storage unit. We rented two storage units at this facility from October 2024 through July 2026. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to ongoing rodent and environmental issues that resulted in significant damage to our belongings. The outdoor unit had what appeared to be a serious mouse infestation. Throughout our rental period, numerous items were damaged by rodents. Yeah, I contacted management as as they asked have not heard back about my situation of keeping charged every month when I close my unit out had to change How to change my number to stop getting harassed he kept charging me monthly. I'm disabled and has constant harassment. Just put stress on me. Please have him stop contacting me. Thank you.

Management is scamming disabled person ,keeps charging rent after they closed their unit and was told if anything left in unit would go up for auction in 30 days
