I had a great experience. Erin, who assisted me with check in for my storage unit. Took into account without me having to say anything that I was pregnant and took it upon herself to get me a closer unit that was more convenient for me. I greatly appreciate her taking it upon herself to do that. That staff here In general are very kind. The place is clean and I really recommend doing business with them.
Very friendly staff! This was my first time renting a storage unit, Erin and her staff made the process very easy whilst quickly addressing any questions or concerns i had. Price's are very reasonable for an inside unit and climate controlled. Can't beat it! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit! Website was very user friendly as i was able to easily search and find what customed my needs Thank you for the continued great service!
The ladies at the front office were very kind and professional. The customer service folks were knowledgeable as well. I had priceless heirloom furniture and many other items stored from 11.2021 to 12.2024. The temperature and humidity control kept my things protected and in perfect condition until I could find my forever home Christmas 2024. I was very comfortable when I was working in my unit. Erin Buckwalter is an excellent PR person. She is accomadating and listened to my issues. I had a leak in my unit and she was so understanding. Also, told me about a rental reduction. Which I had no idea there was such a thing. Keep up the great job Erin! 👍 She is an awesome member of your team!
I’ve been a customer of yours since 1997, 332 months. Sadly my time of needing a storage locker is done. Thank you for the fabulous customer service. Hopefully someone will take good care of my 10x15 locker.
