Since the transfer to NSA storage it's been nothing but a nightmare. Check your monthly charges! I just noticed an increase on my credit card with no advance notice. Called and was told that there was a rate increase and sorry you didn't know about it. I've only had this new unit less than 3 months. Sad that is is no longer a good option for storage services.
I had a great experience at Moove In Storage Zac. The store manager is the absolute best that has ever done it. If you’re looking for a place to store your things try moove in. Give Zac a call! And Moove In Storage is also a very clean and tidy place! You will love it!
Moove In had great customer service, not only via the call center when I asked a number of questions, but the Manager, Sarah reviewed my recorded call with the call center and was very accommodating for us. Sarah returned calls promptly, clearly went over everything and had a smile on her face no matter how many questions I asked! I also like all the on-line capabilities available, to pay my bill and search for available units on-line.
Always clean, great rates, safe atmosphere/adequate lighting at night. Secured keypad entry. Free month and lock and key given first month! Can’t beat this storage company!
We love this storage place. It is clean and climate controlled. Has friendly staff and is in close to the library. So we can haul our donated books for our book sale there constantly. Thanks
