The customer service at this place was awesome!! Very friendly, and easy to work with! Only took a few minutes, and we had our storage unit!! Would recommend this place to anyone moving like us, or needing to store extra stuff!!

I store a camper in the Moove In Storage lot on Bull Road that is managed through the Greenbriar facility. I rented the spot in September of 2014. I was quoted $50 a month. That seemed reasonable so I accepted and parked my camper there. A few months later, they raised my rent to $56 per month. Right after that, they positioned another camper beside mine that did not permit me to pull my camper into my own spot. They reassigned me to another location along with ANOTHER fee increase to $62 a month. I just got the mail ... read more
