So, I’ve been a moove in customer for about 3 years. My rent kept going up on my unit, as it does and I was going to cancel it. I called in and talked to Lindsey and she understood why I wanted to cancel, but let me know there were slightly smaller units for much more reasonable prices. Lindsey was super easy to work with, explained the whole process, and was happy to show me my options. In the end, I got the smaller unit and I’m glad we were able to work things out.
Lindsay was super helpful with the entire process and took her time to explain everything to me. I ended up selling the furniture that I was initially going to store in a unit and went back a week later to cancel my account and the process was very smooth, and she helped me with a refund. Thank you so much, Lindsay!
