This place is garbage. They will raise your fees multiple times until you're paying over 200% more and this is not an exaggerated number. Phone support is rude. They charge different prices for same units. Not promotional pricing either. I have friends who have units and they charge everyone differently. I had an excellent experience renting my storage unit. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Angel was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all of my options.
This is the cheapest and nicest storage unit place ive rented from. I did try to stop in today to pay for my storage unit around 5 but they were closed. The only hours I see says they are open until 10. What are the hours for the office?

Very kind staff, Angel even helped me shovel my unit out when it snowed! Very reasonable price, and clean and spacious unit. Will definitely go back if I ever need to use a storage facility again!
