I rent at the Prestige Ln location which is run by the same people that do Centerville Rd. The ladies have been so wonderful and helpful! They answered all my questions and helped me pick the right up it for me!
Great customer service. Explain everything with a good attitude. The person who take care of me was pretty nice. I would definitely recommended to my family and friends.

They're payment policies don't allow for pro-rating. They made me pay for a whole month when I was emptying my unit out by the 3rd of the month. That's 28 days sitting empty and unused on my dime!! Don't rent from them.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Their policy is to raise the rest every 6 months !! You will be started at a reasonable rate -but once your stuff is in a GARAGE your rent will increase and increase and your only option is to take all of it out and move it to another storage company - and you know how much fun THAT will be !! STAY FAR AWAY FROM MOOVE INN STORAGE !! There are totally a bait and switch / but switching is hard so avoid them!!
I want people to know that I haven't had storage at this place. I work for a moving company. I've moved several people in this storage unit. This place is in a good location to get in and out of no problem. I get that we live in Pa and there are field mice but what I saw the other day was an infestation and I even told the customer that I didn't want his couches on my truck. Your web site is past pathetic. So, instead of paying my bill right now, I am giving a bad yelp instead of paying my bill. Every month I have trouble accessing the site to pay. The prompts to reset the password do not work. I eventually guess the password which has not worked. So leave a review !?! Of course I will ! Here I go again ...
