Update to the below- after my review, the staff at this specific location reached out to alert me that they put in a request for my rate to return and would I update my review. I appreciate that effort and responsiveness to feedback greatly and I haven't changed companies yet because of that service experience specifically. At the same time, I find it unfortunate that there's some disconnect between NSA and the local staff requiring someone leave a review before getting help. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Shreiner Station Moovein Self storage - I’ve used this storage service for years! There’s great communication - when I locked my unit wrong I was contacted immediately! I was able to go and fix it right away. The inside and outside is kept nice and tidy. The key pad is easy to reach and type your code in. Directions are easy to understand. The doors aren’t had to operate either. Overall great experience! The move in process was quick and seamless. The property manager, Celia was very thorough, kind and had excellent customer service skills. The property is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this storage facility.

This rating is specifically for the location at 1250 Shreiner Station Road, and for Celia, the manager, in particular. If I could give the company itself a separate 1 star rating, I would. I rented a unit online from this location at the beginning of February, and less than two months later I received a notice that my rate was going to be raised significantly. I received the best service from the manager of Moove Inn, Celia Randeau. She is fast, efficient, understands your problem and provides the best solution. I had a problem with the door to my unit that came out of its frame and all my furniture was left exposed to the elements. She is truly someone you can count on! Thanks so much Celia!!
