Quarryville- was there since 2017. Started at 99$ and was getting extorted sometimes 23rd a yr with price hikes- I moved everything out when they tried to raise the rent again to almost $190. I paid a month in advance from the beginning- but because they change management so much my email requesting my payment for the extra month paid was met with the email I will copy and paste.
