Eric assisted me in changing storage units, and it couldn’t have been any easier. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Everything was completed in 5 minutes. I have never had an issue. If you’re looking for a storage unit iStorage is what you want, no need to look anywhere else.
Eric was very helpful and ran me through all of the options when I needed to change to a different unit size. He was super friendly, very clear, and thoroughly explained the process and email confirmations I would receive.
Easy, convenient, flexible, and most importantly reliable place to store. The rental process takes maybe 10 minutes over the phone. My boyfriend and I recently moved most of our stuff and his very extensive garage into several large units here while we find a more permanent place.
