I just want to say how pleased I am with Moove In Self Storage in Ledgewood NJ. moving in was seamless and very affordable and convenient. When I needed it to be right away, they did not disappoint! Recently, I had a problem with my lock being rusted and I wasn't able to open it. Site staff Angie was very prompt, helpful and professional in helping me resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this facility for all of your short or long term storage needs.

Do not store your stuff here. They will increase your rate immediately. I signed up, moved my stuff in and they increased my rent 30% a month after I moved in. Total scam. I do not recommend you use them.

I had been with the storage company for 3 years before "Moove in self storage" took the location over. in the 2 years I have seen my rates increase frequently. I had to get rid of my large unit because it became way too expensive. Do not get a unit with this company. They charge some of the highest rates I have seen and don't even take care of the location as well. when I cleaned out the large unit, I found rat shit everywhere. You will be happier elsewhere.

This company took over The Storage Center on Sullivan Trail. Employees have been nice so far- but the company itself is awful. I can't get my things out of here fast enough. Plenty of other places to go! Trust me- Look elsewhere!!!!!!

Just because they changed their billing system, does not give them the right to charge $18 for 3 days. We have always paid our rent early to avoid a late charge. After A-1 was bought by Moove-In, they sent out an email to all of us renters. I read it, signed it digitally, there was nothing on there about an $18 charge for 3 days because of the billing system. It's a ripe off.
