This is a convenient location and is kept clean and neat! The recent ownership/management change has only made it better with improvements to the entry way, pavement upgrades and staffing. Suzi has been spectacular with accommodating my needs and is very knowledgeable of the systems, organization and accessories available! Friendly service reasonable rates. Only negative thing, the travel lanes between units are very narrow. You can pass another vehicle that may be parked loading or unloading. The real problem is at the end when you have to turn the corner. You can see where some vehicles have to drive off the pavement into the grass to clear the buildings leaving ruts in the soft mud. The absolute worst customer service to deal with and the rate increase is highway robbery. I terminated my unit on 8/26. My credit card was charged rent for the months of September and October. I called numerous times with no answer and/or left a number of messages on the machine. When George finally answered the phone he apologized for the mistake and he further mentioned a number of units were due refunds. He also mentioned the refund would take another 7 - 10 days to process, which again is ridiculous. I am owed $45... read more

I was disappointed to see my $45 a month was full of spiders and other insects. It also had what appeared to be bird droppings on the floor. The unit was 3 dollars more a month because of its location, yet it did not include the lock the on-line person would of received.
