They advertise the first month's rent is free, however, after less than 6 mos of renting, they raised the fee on both of my units, so they are getting their money back plus more. The first month is not free as they are able to recoup that amount in addition to even more in future monthly fees with a rental fee increase right away. If they gave me at least a year of renting, then the raise in fee wouldn't be so bad, like they do with property rental fees, etc. but again, they did it after less than 6 months of renting, so eve... read more

I was told that the storage unit was sealed tight and bugs and rodents couldn't get in. When I removed my things there were spiders and mice droppings everywhere. They also went up on my unit saying it was due to the up in taxes. The only good thing is I was able to enter and exit the unit without any problems. I wouldn't choose to store my belongings here again.

Great customer service! Kudos to Nancy, property manager, as she was very personable, professional, and provided clear details and explanations of the pricing, lease terms, and rules. The unit she showed me was clean and in an adequately secured area.

Easy online hassle free booking. The unit was ready less than an hour later when I went in to fill it. Clean and dry unit. The only issue was the surprise insurance cost at checkout and the only way to waive it is to call to reserve.
