Greedy company! Just raised my monthly rent by 25% effective 01 April 2024. This follows a steady notification of annual or semi-annual notifications of rent increases over the last 2 years. I highly recommend you look at other options as this company is clearly looking at getting rich off poor people.

Stay as far away from this company as possible !! It is a “bate and switch” operation!! “Get a free month and a reasonable rate” NOT FOR LONG!!! They have upped my rent TWICE a year for the 4 or so years I’ve been there !! No customer loyalty!! We have never missed a payment in all that time / we are renting an UNHEATED GARAGE... on what planet do expenses for THAT increase twice a year ?!?! OH and they’ve promised to fix the broken door for the past 4 months and it is not fixed / there is big turnover as well in the office ... read more

Move in apparently bought out the storage units I rent and of course up goes the rental fees 36$ a month what a joke just like most big storage facilities I'm sure it will be a yearly thing avoid at all cost I'll be moving my stuff within the month thanks for ruining a good thing. 👍
