Excellent service provided with a smile. Storage units prices are reasonable and the units are clean and pretty new. I will continue to use this company as long as I need storage. The man working the desk was very helpful and made the whole experience that much easier. Reserving the unit online was simple and quick as the website setup was intuitive and well-built. This is the storage co.any to use in the area.
Shawn was helpful, and took time to look around the best fit for me. He understood the needs of me, and made sure I can be happy. The contract happened 2days ago, and I will go to see if all will work today.
Sean at the front desk was very helpful and took the time to show us the unit before signing the rental agreement (we had a very disappointing experience with another storage facility in Hadley, rented site unseen as we don't live in MA). Moove in Self Storage is very clean, secure and easy to access. Highly recommend for any parent who needs storage for their student in the Amherst area.
Always a positive experience and so easy (this is my 3rd time to use Moove In Storage). I was able to book everything on line and just show up when I was ready to move things into my unit. The units and buildings are always clean with good lighting. I highly recommend.
These three movers were amazing! Very professional… Despite almost 100° weather, They worked quite hard and skillfully.They were also very kind, which is important to me because moving is an emotional experience.
